At Kidstafel we want to offer you the best shipping options wherever you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day and can therefore offer the fastest and best shipping methods.

Free delivery to the the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Canada & New Zealand
Delivery takes place directly from our warehouse where we store our toys to deliver in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The processing of your order consists of 2 steps:

1) Processing time (1-3 business days):

order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, preparing for shipment

2) Delivery time (depending on the country of destination approximately 7-10 working days):

The shipping time from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once your order is picked up from the warehouse, it takes 7-12 business days* before it is delivered to its destination in: - Netherlands and Belgium.

*All delivery times exclude customs and import duty delays.

Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping options:

1.) Free DHL, FedEx standard shipping (with tracking)

Please note that in the event of a lost package, we can only offer you a replacement/refund if you have opted for insured shipping.

Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled as we will immediately start processing and packing your order upon receipt.
